Ball joints are mechanical units for the connection of 2 parts which are perpendicular with respect to each other. They enable the transmission of alternating forces through angular and oscillating movements, at a moderate speed. We are manufacturing high quality Ball Joints, Angle Joints, Axial Joints, Ball Studs, & Ball Sockets.
The first coloumn shows the references for ball joints without safety clips and the second coloumn shows the references for ball joints with safety clips mounted. They are also available as INOX (Stainless Steel), AISI 303 or AISI 304 or AISI 316 quality grade

11SMnPb30 with a 50 daN/mm² resistance to tensile stress (1.0718)Ball stud Medium carbon steel.
Inner retaining ring and safety clip Hard drawn spring steel.
Protective Finish:
Ball Joint Components Zinc plated and clear passivated. Ball Stud, inner retaining ring and safety clip are de-embrittled. The assembly is lubricated.

Ball stud is retained by a captive internal wire ring.
Additional stud retention security is provided by the external wire safety clip.
Optional polychloroprene gaiter available to help resist dirt ingress.
Fitted gaiter is available upon request.
Our Ball Joints are also conveniently available without stud for later assembly on to a pre-positioned stud.
Compatible with Threaded Ball Studs and Rivetting Ball Studs.
Burnished ball for smoother operation.
